Renovación de DACA

Las citas para renovar DACA son solo para personas que ya tienen DACA y necesitan renovar. Las citas para renovar DACA se abren de manera continua.

Cómo Programar una Cita con el Proyecto Resurrección

1. Requisitos de Elegibilidad:
   • Debe vivir en el estado de Illinois.
   • Las citas están limitadas a un adulto por consulta.
   • Si el cliente no habla inglés o español, deberá traer un traductor.
2. Políticas de Cita:
   • Llegue a tiempo: Las citas se cancelarán si llega con más de 15 minutos de retraso.
   • Solo debe asistir la persona que necesita asistencia.
   • Reserve solo una cita por persona. Las reservas múltiples serán canceladas.
3. Confirmación:
   • Recibirá una confirmación por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto. Si no recibe la confirmación, es posible que su registro no se haya completado. Intente nuevamente o contáctenos si necesita ayuda.
     
     

Pasos para Programar Su Cita

1. Complete el formulario de preselección y elija el tipo de cita que necesita.
2. Seleccione la fecha y hora que prefiera y seleccione "Continuar".
3. Si no hay citas disponibles, recibirá un correo electrónico o un mensaje de texto con un enlace personal que podrá usar para registrarse cuando haya nuevas citas disponibles.

DACA Renewal/Renovacion de DACA

DACA renewal appointments are only for individuals who already have DACA and need to renew. DACA renewal appointments open on a rolling basis.

How to Schedule an Appointment with The Resurrection Project

1. Eligibility Requirements:
   • You must live in Illinois.
   • Appointments are limited to one adult per consult.
   • The client should bring a translator if they do not speak English or Spanish.
2. Appointment Policies:
   • Arrive on time: Appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
   • Only the person needing assistance should attend.
   • Book only one appointment per person. Multiple bookings will be canceled.
3. Confirmation:
   • You will receive a confirmation by email or text. If you do not receive confirmation, your registration may not have been completed. Please try again or contact us if you need assistance.

Steps to Book Your Appointment

1. Complete the pre-screening form and choose the type of appointment that is needed. 
2. Select your preferred date and time and select 'Continue'.  
3. If no appointments are available you will receive an email or text with a personal link you can use  to register when new appointments become available..
