Part 1 of 3

Information and Steps to Apply
Welcome to the TRP Pre-Application for Affordable Rental Housing.  Parts 1, 2 and 3 of this Pre-Application must be completed in order to determine your eligibility for one  of   The  Resurrection Project's (TRP) apartments.

The online Pre-Application is comprised of three parts:
  • Part 1 includes the Instructions, Property Types, Unit Preferences, and Contact and Occupant detail for each of the applicants who will live in the home.
  • Part 2 summarizes additional rental preferences, and
  • Part 3 is a document upload tool for required documents.
Parts 1 and 2 each have Electronic Signature pages that are required to complete your application.

Completion of this Pre-Application Parts 1 to 3  does not guarantee an apartment, but is used to determine income eligibility for the apartments you indicate a preference for. Once you fully complete your Pre-Application and submit your documents you will receive a letter in the mail informing you of your income eligibility and next steps.

Please carefully read and follow these detailed instructions. In order to fully process your pre-application in a timely manner, you must fill in all 3 parts of the form completely and truthfully and provide the required documentation. Failure to submit all documentation will delay the process.
  • You must list all the people that will be living with you in the apartment.

  • You must provide the following information:

  • Each of our affordable apartments is restricted to households who earn less than 30%, 40%, 50%, or 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). If your household’s income is above the maximum, your household is not eligible for our affordable units. This is determined by using the column in the chart below that corresponds to the number of persons in the household. The verified annual gross household income must be less than the income limit for the available affordable apartment(s).
